Langley Court

Altessen, a joint venture between Essential Land and Altyon Partners, is working with the local community and the London Borough of Bromley to create the Vision for the former GlaxoSmithKline site at Langley Court, Beckenham. The involvement of local people is important to us and we would like your opinions. Your feedback will help shape the Vision for Langley Court.

In addition to this website we have issued newsletters to local people, held a Community Planning Day and launched a social media consultation through Facebook and Twitter. We also intend to hold a public exhibition of our initial proposals and will be publicising details of this nearer the time.
